GrantFi doesn't send email, so a person gets you back in. Here's who to ask.
Ask an admin on your team
Any admin of your organization can make you a password reset link. They open Settings, then Team, choose Make reset link next to your name, and send you the link themselves by email, text or chat. It works once, for 24 hours. Open it, choose a new password, and sign in with it.
No other admin to ask?
If you're your organization's only admin, can't reach another one, or use GrantFi with more than one organization or an accounting firm, write to Automate Impact support at support@automateimpact.org.
Include your organization's name and the email you sign in with, and we'll help you get back in.
